How long should the employment relationship?
The first 15 days the contract is understood to trial.
Unless the contract provides otherwise the duration is one year, renewable for similar periods, if we wish to extend must be notified at least 7 days in advance.
What salary should I get?
"The minimum wage at 40 hours: 600 euros / month. This means that you should never charge less than this amount.
"Twice a year before Christmas and before the Summer will be entitled to a bonus of 300 € if you work 8 hours
"For the remuneration of employees working from home for hours, external system, wages can never be less than € 4.70 an hour.
-Overtime is voluntary and shall be paid at least as regular time, 4, 70 €
How many hours work?
The maximum duration of an ordinary week shall be 40 hours of actual work, without prejudice to the times of presence, disposal of the employer, that may be agreed between the parties.
The schedule will be set freely by the head of the household, but in any case of ordinary hours of actual work per day may exceed nine. Between one and another day there must be a minimum of ten hours, if the employee's home do not stay overnight at home, and eight hours, otherwise.
The internal employee has at least two hours for meals, and this time is not counted as work.
The overtime will be paid twice.
what many break?
household employees are entitled to a weekly rest period of thirty-six hours of which at least twenty-four hours will be monitored and preferably coinciding with the day on Sunday.
The annual leave shall be thirty calendar days, of which at least fifteen days continuously enjoy, the rest being susceptible of division in the form agreed between the parties
Note: domestic employment is not included in the overall employment system but under a special regime which is clearly discriminatory.
