Beneficiaries 2009/10
students that the next course enrolled in years 1, 2, 3 and 4 of primary or 1 º ESO. There
applications of 2 types:
Students who have pre-printed applications with completed data supplied by the center.
students who are not provided with the application and completed, and they submit an application to complete.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS (preprinted MANUALS):
Bonolibro applications will be presented at the educational institution where the student is currently enrolled in the current academic year 2008/09 until Wednesday June 24 at the time established for that purpose (Monday to Friday from 9 to 10 am.)
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:
1. APPLICATIONS IN HAND: Photocopy of the DNI, NIE or passports (for foreigners without NIE) of the father, mother or guardian of the student. Both when living together, or only the parent that has the custody upon separation or divorce.
2. IN pre-printed application: DO NOT BE provided any evidence, unless there is some error in the data related to LAST NAMES, DNI, NIE or passport (applicant's parent or guardian), in which case it will request a document certifying the completeness of the data to be corrected. Downtown erróreno correct the data in the application and print pre-printed and corrected, Enabler of new applicant to sign and present.
SIGNATURES REQUIRED:
The application form must be signed mandatory for the father and the mother of the student (both), and in case of separation or divorce only by one who has custody of it.
