Children born in Spain of foreigners who are legally resident in Spain will automatically acquire the same residence permit which holds either parent

.- When: From the birth of the child (if it already has a passport or comes included in the parents' ), or from a parent to obtain a residence permit.

.- MINOR PASSPORT FULL FORCE.

.- BIRTH CERTIFICATE, issued by the civil registry or family book.
