CARD REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL OF FAMILY COMMUNITY
1 .- Official application form (EX 16).
2 .- valid and current passport. If expired, copies of this and the renewal application.
3 .- Proof (if translated and legalized) the validity of marriage or certificate issued (with a maximum of 3 months before the date of filing) by the national Couple registrar for registration as a couple.
4 .- Registration Certificate EU citizens who are accompanying or going to meet, presented together with passport or identity document, in force in it. If the right comes from a English citizen of this or authorization ID to verify your identity electronically.
5 .- In case of offspring aged 21 or older or direct ancestors: accreditation by any mode of proof recognized in law as their means come, either exclusively or primarily and not dispensable , its ancestor or descendant.
6 .- Three recent photographs in color, on white background passport.
